Welcome to the 2018 Section W6W Conclave! I hope you are as excited as we are. This weekend has been in the planning for a year now, and the Council of Chiefs is looking forward to the fun. Throughout the weekend, you all will have countless opportunities to: develop yourself as a leader, learn new skills, gain a deeper understanding of what the OA has to offer, have loads of fun, and most importantly, find your place in the Order. The COC has been putting in work and I am truly proud to have had the opportunity to lead them all and help them become stronger leaders. Enjoy the weekend, fill your top hats with Robbie Bux, and fight for Top Lodge! I look forward to meeting you and seeing you take the charge of chiefdom.
Welcome To Conclave
Welcome, This weekend is shaping up to be a conclave that you won’t forget. Between the beautiful weather, fun activities, shows and all of you guys who are showing up it will be a fantastic weekend. Throughout the weekend there will be plenty of thing to do and enjoy; things like Lodgeball, Lodgechief Olympics, food, training courses and elections at the end of the weekend. Make sure to enjoy your time here with us and meet new people and try new things. Don’t forget to complete your active arrowman award on the back of your booklet from registration to get a limited edition active arrowman patch.
Friday Night Activities
With registration starting at 6pm and opening show starting at 9pm Friday night will be very open. After getting checked in there will be plenty of time to get settled into a campsite and the catch up with fellow arrowmen from around the section. Then the conclave shows team will put on a great opening show for us. After that there will be plenty of time to enjoy the night. You can chat with fellow arrowmen, enjoy the cool weather and starry night sky, or just turn in early and get a good nights sleep before tomorrows busy day. Don’t forget that if complete one of the word search puzzle from registration and turn it into the trading post with your name, then you will be entered into a drawing for $5 off your next purchase in the trading post. There will be 6 winners announced on Saturday during lunch.
